Welcome to GET DEED. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Service Provided

  • GET DEED is a private service that provides plain (non‑certified) copies of recorded property deeds for informational and personal use.

  • We are not affiliated with any county clerk, recorder’s office, or government agency.

  • For certified copies, you must contact the county recorder or clerk directly.

 

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally authorized to request the property record.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All deed copies are provided at a flat $12 fee per document.

  • Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers.

  • All sales are final once a record has been retrieved. Refunds are only issued if GET DEED cannot locate the requested record (see Refund Policy).

 

4. Delivery

  • Digital or Manual Counties: Deeds are delivered within 24-48hrs via PDF for email and via picture file for text delivery. 

 

5. Limitations of Use

  • Plain deed copies are for informational purposes only.

  • They are not valid for legal filings, court proceedings, or official certifications.

  • GET DEED does not provide legal advice. Please consult an attorney for legal matters.

 

6. Accuracy & Availability

  • We strive to provide accurate and up‑to‑date records, but availability depends on county systems.

  • GET DEED is not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays caused by third‑party recorders.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of GET DEED.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • GET DEED is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of plain deed copies.

  • Your use of our service is at your own risk.

 

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
